MamboV4.5.4 Global Edition contains three languages, each language has local encode and UTF-8 encode, they are English(iso-8859-1/UTF-8), Simplified Chinese(gb2312/UTF-8) and Traditional Chinese(BIG5/UTF-8). You can easily translate into your own language. The installation language files are in installation/language directory, the frontend and backend language files are in language directory.
